Abrupt Start !

Blogging was an absolute alien concept for me till an year ago.I didn't even know what the word 'blog' meant, if at all there is a word like that in the dictionary! Then my friends who were already 'bloggers' by that time introduced me to it. They even persuaded me to start one of my own. But I just didn't feel the urge. Maybe I was too lazy. But, the fact that I am a 'blogger' now (ooo..doesnt sound that bad eh? ) has materialized due to a lady named Kathie, who herself is a blogger. It so happened that I was searching for some information on 'Medea' - a 431 B.C. Greek tragic play on some search engine. And people who might be wondering, why in the world would I do something of dat sort ought to know that I am an English Literature student, and we people have no work to do apart from banging our heads onto the computer screen, scanning each & every link of each & every search engine for minutest of infomation on some or the other obsolete novel, play, poem or epic.! ahh..I feel so much better now. One should vent out one's feelings of anger and frustration once in a while. Ok. Too out of track. Back to Kathie. So, this lady over here not only had read this play ''just for fun'' but also has written a detailed critical analysis of the same. Now this is something very commendable. Ask us, the literature students.! Anyways, Kathie is a homemaker with two kids and runs a playschool at home. No doubt her blog is so interestingly fresh and lively. Hers are the posts which make you think, make you laugh, and make you relive your childhood all at the same time, that if you exclude the post I mentioned above ;). There is something in her blog which just made my laziness vanish somewhere in thin air. So I broke those shackles and now, here I am, starting a new journey, making another relationship with this pc of mine, or say this net connection of mine, or say the World Wide Web..and ofcourse you!
